OUR TERMS & CONDTIONS

PLEASE READ OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PURCHASE.

1. Payment and delivery:

No proof of transaction, no delivery.

We dont deliver on the same day because we have to check all payments first on that day before mailing all parcels out.

Delivery will be done 1-3 business days once payment made. Meaning for example Payment on Friday will be sent on monday/tuesday, for payment on monday, delivery will be done on wednesday. etc

However , there are circumstances , which maybe we have
emergency matter to settle or public holiday, delivery will be postponed. We will notify if there is any changes made last minute.

2. No refund once payment is made. Therefore, parcel will be delivered accordingly.

3. Color - Please be advise we have done our best to display the items as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, due to lighting and as well depend on your computer monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

4. For sizes, please allow items' sizes (Lenth/Width) to be in difference aboiut +-2 to 5 cm. This is due to fabric cutting..

5. Change of item can only be done upon stock availability.

6.Blackout buyers will be blacklisted.

7. No pick up and COD

8. POSTAGE RATE FOR SHAWLS:

1 - 3 shawl = RM6 (Semenanjung), RM10 (Sabah/Sarawak)
4 - 5 shawl = RM10 (Semenanjung), RM13 (Sabah/Sarawak).

More than 6 shawl or weight 1 KG, = flat rate RMm10(applied only for Semenanjung)

Items weighing 2 KG = flat rate RM20 (applied only for Semenanjung)
