PAYMENT & DELIVERY

Payment Method:

1) Payment can be made via CIMB.

2) Make payment within 24 hours and the item will be delivered to you after payment has been received. Please whatsapp or email the notification of transfer to shawlbawal3@gmail.com when you make the payment. 

3) All reserved items will be released if no payment made within the 24 hours.

Delivery :

4) Currently, we deliver in Malaysia only.

5) All purchased item will be delivered within 24 or 48 hours after payment confirmation (during weekdays only). I will email you the tracking number once the parcel is delivered.

6) Delivery charges:

ShawlBawal3 is using PosLaju unless stated otherwise.

1 - 3 shawl = RM6 (Semenanjung), RM10 (Sabah/Sarawak)4 - 5 shawl = RM10 (Semenanjung), RM13 (Sabah/Sarawak).More than 6 shawl or weight 1 KG, = flat rate RMm10(applied only for Semenanjung)Items weighing 2 KG = flat rate RM20 (applied only for Semenanjung)For sabah sarawak/labuan please email us firstFor Combined item (if not sure) - please bank in flat rate RM10 (applied only
